- Go to your touchscreen and search through the MAZDA CONNECT™ infotainment applications menu.
- Select “Vehicle Status Monitor” from the application menu.
- Click “maintenance” and then navigate to “Oil Change.”
- From there, tap the “Reset” button from the oil change menu. After this, the light should begin the process of resetting.
For Other Models;
- Press and hold the TRIP BUTTON with the ignition switched off, then switch it on.
- Keep pressing the selector for more than 5 seconds.
- The master warning light will flash for a few seconds when the reset is completed.
Keep in mind that a maintenance reminder is not the same as a check engine light. A Check engine light corresponds to a specific fault that indicates precise service needs for your vehicle. For more information on Mazda cx-3 oil reset, check out the owner’s manual.
